Shipping Policy
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 4 to 12 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your region and local postal services.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it right to your door.

Returns & Exchanges
To start the process, please email us with:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- What you'd prefer (exchange or refund)
You have 30 days from when you receive your pendant to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to process returns or exchanges.
For returns, your pendant must be in the same condition you received it—unworn and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. This typically takes 5-14 business days, depending on your bank or card company.
Damaged in Transit
If your pendant arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll work quickly with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and get you a replacement.
